As the lead architectural designer for Modwell, Jonathan and his team of architects shaped and brought to market a wide range of high-profile properties across the U.S. and select international markets.

In partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate, Jonathan collaborated with top agents in the Master’s Circle to transform outdated properties, new developments, and land parcels, including the redesign of Steve Wynn’s former Lake Tahoe mansion, which ultimately sold for $62 million.

His team also worked with Ryan Serhant’s team on a $100 million outdated property in Golden Beach, Miami, where Jonathan’s redesign introduced a gamified, full walkthrough experience, marking a groundbreaking approach in luxury real estate marketing.


Douglas Elliman
Creating content that sells in LA
In Los Angeles, he collaborated with Douglas Elliman’s Josh Flagg to redesign a Bel Air estate that had struggled to sell, an effort that culminated in an episode of Million Dollar Listing LA, showcasing Jonathan’s innovative designs on television.

Designing for the aspen buyer
Jonathan also collaborated with Compass agents nationwide. One notable project was a $10 million modern Aspen house, where he crafted a design that illustrated the property’s potential and the land parcel’s value.

He worked with Corcoran Sunshine in the Hamptons and with up and coming brokerage Retsy in Paradise Valley, Arizona, to emphasize the unique landscapes and characteristics of new developments.

He also collaborated with Toll Brothers, working alongside their head of innovation to develop a custom home configurator that empowered buyers to personalize both the interior and exterior of their homes, making the purchasing process more engaging and tailored.
