Platform Development
An improved real estate experience
As Head of Product at Modwell, Jonathan was instrumental in reimagining the real estate experience by bringing together traditional MLS data, 3D digital twins, and artificial intelligence, resulting in an award-winning platform that redefined what consumers could achieve independently in the market.
The platform empowered users to virtually tour and personalize properties, offering an intuitive way to explore homes and neighborhoods.
By combining MLS data with advanced spatial computing, he created a holistic platform that gave users tools to explore properties, neighborhoods, and even potential renovations, turning the traditional search process into an intuitive, immersive journey.

Roadmap Development
Moving with the market
In designing the product roadmap, Jonathan and his team looked beyond just desktop and mobile to ensure Modwell was compatible with emerging spatial computing devices like Vision Pro and Meta Quest. His roadmap introduced a cross-device experience, allowing consumers to move seamlessly between mobile, desktop, and extended reality environments.
Further with the onset of generative AI, Jonathan's team also introduced custom generative AI agents tailored to real estate, architecture, and design, guiding users through property searches, personalized with custom, interactive support.

When Christie’s International Real Estate expressed interest in integrating Modwell into their tech stack, Jonathan's team developed a modular API strategy, enabling enterprises to customize features for their immersive real estate solutions. This led to new brand-specific applications, including tailored experiences like Target’s back-to-college platform.

To achieve this ambitious vision, Jonathan’s engineers developed a systems architecture that unified MLS data, structured 3D geospatial information, and digital twin assets. This infrastructure efficiently managed data while enabling seamless integrations with language models, delivering an immersive, cross-platform experience.

White Label Solutions
Back to college
This strategy also attracted attention from brands seeking white-label solutions, prompting Jonathan to redesign Modwell’s platform with a brand-centric approach, segmenting the product into tailored experiences for different markets.

Branded segments
One standout example of Jonathan’s innovative approach was a back-to-college 3D interactive experience designed for Target. This specialized solution enabled college students to search for their dorm rooms, customize them in 3D, and purchase furnishings—all within the immersive Modwell platform.
Leveraging the original tech stack built for real estate, Jonathan adapted Modwell to create an experience that allowed students to visualize and buy items in a context they could relate to, thus demonstrating the flexibility of his product’s design.

Extended Reality Solutions
Elevating the user experience
Under Jonathan’s leadership, Modwell’s 2D desktop and mobile experiences were reimagined into an extended reality solution that elevated user engagement and reduced the need for in-person property tours. This XR solution enabled users to explore neighborhoods, properties, and detailed digital twins in real-time 3D, allowing them to make well-informed decisions from anywhere.

Jonathan’s dedication to designing a cross-platform, immersive real estate experience redefined how consumers interact with properties, blending spatial computing with a refined user experience that set new standards for digital engagement in real estate.
